Martin Weiner
Martin Weiner began building in 1990 when he formed Meridian Homes. In three years, Meridian became the 11th largest builder in Houston. Before selling the starter home company, he completed 1000 homes. In 1996 Parkstone Estate Homes was created to build homes from $600,000-$1 million in the suburbs on 1 acre lots. In 2000, a custom division was formed to build inner-city homes from $2 million-$4 million. In total almost $750 million worth of homes were built during this period.
Keith's Forster
Keith has been in love with construction since childhood. If you made a list of qualities necessary to be a successful builder, Keith would check every box. He brings more than 30 years of construction experience and has personally completed over 200 renovation projects. He is former VP of Construction for both Meridian Homes and Parkstone Estate Homes. He excels at renovation management and quality control.
